FOODS THAT MAY CAUSE HAIR LOSS

Alcohol shows Zinc absorption in the body and zinc is a necessary mineral for hair growth .

Sugar should be avoided because it interferes with protein absorption which is extremely important for
the hair growth. So excessive intake of Sweets Chocolates , Candies etc can be detrimental for hair growth.

Starchy refined grains like white bread,pasta,cakes,pastries(MAIDA) should be discouraged because they easily get converted into sugars which as told earlier is not good for Hair growth, Fast foods and Junk foods contain lot of Saturated and Trans fats which are not good for Hair and these are mostly made of highly refined flours(Maida) which are not recommended for strong and healthy hair.

Sword Fish Tuna and Mackerel fish should be strictly avoided because of high mercury levels which are very harmful for hair.
