This is what we take out from the donor sites during the procedure of hair extraction. Hair grow in the groups of one to six hairs. The unit ot the bunch of hair which is taken out is called a Graft. On an average a graft contains about 2.2 hair or Follicles. A Caution here is that some sites put up their rates as per hair/follicle and not per graft just to attract and befool their clients because then quoted price is less than half of the actual price.
But when a graft is what is going to be taken out and implanted back, the rate should be in terms of per Graftsand not per hair or follicles.
